Light, fresh and fruity aroma. Aromatic notes of freshly crushed cranberries and mineral elements. Dry and light to taste. Delicious balance of citrus fruits, cherry and fruity red berry aromas.

Vinification: The grapes are hand selected and immediately transferred to the winery. They are then soft pressed with must maceration on the skins at controlled temperatures of 12Â° for 36 hours. To obtain the famous âblushâ pink colour, the grapes then undergo cold fermentation for 10 days.
